Hydraulic roll lifters provide an ergonomic solution for lifting, moving, and positioning heavy rolls of material in printing, packaging, converting, and production environments. Designed for single-operator use, these roll transporters help reduce manual lifting while making it easier to load media rolls directly onto printer feeders or other processing equipment.
Stable Roll Support
The concave media tray helps cradle and stabilize rolls during transport. An extended nylon strap provides added leverage while guiding the roll into the trough and helps secure material as it is moved through the facility. The design supports rolls up to 15-3/4 inches in diameter.
Foot Pump Hydraulic Lift
A foot pump raises the roll smoothly to a more efficient working height, helping operators position heavy material with less strain. Models support 880 lb. uniform capacity and offer service ranges up to 33-1/2 inches, with a low-profile model available for lower starting heights.
Roll Widths and Maneuverability
This family includes tray widths of 31-1/2 inches and 47-1/4 inches to accommodate different roll handling needs. Heavy-duty swivel casters in the front and rear provide smooth maneuverability through standard doors, aisles, and narrow passages. A bright yellow finish improves visibility in busy work areas.
