Heavy-Duty Steel Dock Boards for Forklift Loading Operations

Heavy-duty steel dock boards provide a strong, reliable bridge between the loading dock and trailer for fork truck loading and unloading. Designed for warehouses, distribution centers, manufacturing plants, freight terminals, and shipping docks, these steel truck dockboards help improve dock efficiency while supporting demanding material handling traffic.

High-Strength Steel Construction

Each dock board is manufactured from high-strength 55,000 psi steel tread plate for long service life in industrial environments. The diamond plate deck supports traction during loading operations, while welded steel safety curbs provide added edge protection and structural strength.

Smooth Transition and Fork Truck Handling

Beveled entrance and exit edges help provide smoother fork truck travel between dock and trailer. Locking legs help minimize ramp movement during use and are uneven to allow the dockboard to sit canted when stored, making floor pickup easier. A patented lever lift is included for quick positioning with a fork truck.

Capacities, Sizes, and Accessories

This family includes 10,000 lb., 15,000 lb., 20,000 lb., and 25,000 lb. uniform capacity models in multiple widths and lengths, with height differences from 4 inches to 12 inches at an 11 degree bend. Available accessories include lifting chains, anti-theft chains, extra span holes, span pins, sliding span locks, removable pickup loops, handle kits, and special bend options for application-specific dock requirements.
