Forklift Hook Plates for Chain, Cable, and Sling Load Handling

Forklift hook plates provide a simple attachment for lifting and positioning loads with chains, cables, or slings using a fork truck. Designed for warehouses, maintenance departments, fabrication shops, construction support areas, and industrial material handling operations, these hook plates help add controlled below-fork lifting capability for loads that are difficult to move with forks alone.

Fork-Mounted Lifting Attachment

Slanted fork openings help prevent incorrect upside-down use on standard models, while the fork-mounted design allows quick installation on compatible lift trucks. A safety restraint secures the hook plate to the fork truck during use, helping keep the attachment properly positioned during load handling.

Hook Styles and Load Control

Models are available with rigid or swivel hook configurations to match different lifting and positioning needs. Select models include a hook with anchor shackle, while higher capacity configurations include a swivel lifting hook with latch for added connection control.

Capacities and Applications

This family includes 4,000 lb., 6,000 lb., and 10,000 lb. capacity models with a durable yellow powder-coated finish for visibility. Hook plates are useful for handling machinery, fixtures, containers, and awkward loads with appropriate rigging. These attachments are not designed for overhead lifting.
