Adjustable Telescoping Spreader Beams for Overhead Lifting

Designed for warehouses, fabrication shops, maintenance departments, construction sites, and industrial lifting applications, these steel spreader beams help improve load control when using a crane, hoist, or compatible overhead lifting system.

Telescoping Length Adjustment

The telescoping beam design adjusts in 4 inch increments, allowing users to match the beam length to different load widths and lifting requirements. Usable length ranges include 42 inches to 66 inches and 72 inches to 124 inches, giving facilities flexibility for multiple load sizes without needing a separate fixed beam for every application.

Heavy-Duty Lifting Components

Each beam is constructed from steel and includes swivel hooks on both ends for secure connection to the load. An adjustable chain sling assembly is included, with chain length adjustment to support proper lifting geometry. The chain-to-beam lifting angle must not decrease below 30 degrees during use.

Capacity and Finish

This family supports 6,000 lb. uniform capacity across available models. The outer tube features a durable blue powder-coated finish, while the inner tube and chain assembly feature a yellow powder-coated finish for visibility. For distributors and end users, these telescopic spreader beams offer a practical lifting attachment for improving reach, balance, and load handling efficiency.
