High Strength Hopper Construction
The high strength steel design offers 100,000 PSI yield strength and 110,000 PSI tensile strength, providing greater impact resistance than standard hopper material. Rugged welded construction, a blue powder-coated finish, and galvanized base components support long service life in harsh work environments.
Self-Dumping Forklift Operation
H-style models feature a full 90 degree dump angle, low profile front edge, and cable-operated dumping from the forklift seat. The hopper returns to an upright and locked position when lowered to the ground. D-style models include bumper release dumping for automatic discharge when contacting the front of a dumpster, along with manual cable operation.
Sizes, Capacities, and Options
This family includes low profile H-style hoppers from 1/4 cubic yard to 1 cubic yard with 6,000 lb. capacity, plus a 2 cubic yard D-style hopper with 4,000 lb. capacity. Available options include caster kits, hopper lids, factory lid installation, drain plugs with leak proof seams, and other application-specific accessories. Never stack hoppers more than 3 high. Must be attached to fork truck when dumping.
