Low Headroom Manual Hoist Trolleys for I-Beam Lifting Systems

Low headroom manual hoist trolleys provide an adjustable beam-mounted travel point for moving loads along compatible overhead beams. Designed for gantry cranes, monorail systems, maintenance areas, fabrication shops, warehouses, and industrial lifting applications, these manual trolleys help users position hoists and suspended loads with controlled horizontal movement.

Adjustable Beam Fit

These trolleys fit tapered S and I beams as well as flat-flanged W beams. The center screw with lifting eye allows quick width adjustment to match the beam flange. Once a hoist is attached, the center rod cannot rotate, helping prevent accidental trolley width changes during use.

Push and Geared Options

Push trolley models are ideal for straightforward manual movement along the beam. Geared trolley models include chain drive operation for applications that require more precise load positioning, especially when handling heavier loads or working in tighter spaces.

Capacities and Construction

This family includes 1,000 lb. to 10,000 lb. capacity models with flange width ranges up to 10-1/8 inches, depending on model. Four rollers with sealed bearings support long service life, while solid steel construction and a durable orange painted finish provide rugged performance for daily overhead material handling use.
